Tip on Pokemon Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby

I'm here to tell you a tip on...

Pokémon Alpha Sapphire/Omega Ruby
On Nintendo 3ds

when you get Kyroge/Groudon

a guy named Steven gives you an item called

Eon flute

Go into you're bag and select it
and Latios /Latias will and you're in the sky!

When you're in the air start looking around
and you will see a sparkle

Go over the sparkle and press A
When you land there is an opening to a small cave
go in and you will find a mysterious ring

Press A in front of the ring and  mythical Pokemon will appear try and catch it but if you fail don't worry another one will appear a few days later.
There are three Pokemon to catch here is a picture of one

Their names are Mesprit, Azelf and Uxie
